VETi3 Nova – Two Lever 1x Bell Press & 1x Two-Way Switch with 1x Fan Controller Horizontal

The VETi 3 NOVA Switch Combination with Fan Controller is designed to provide a versatile and modern solution for controlling lighting, momentary functions and fan speed within a single unit. The switch modules have been tested and approved to the required standard of IEC60669-1 and AS/NZS 60669.1, and are SAA approved, allowing for the sale of the product in Australia. The switches are suitable for controlling lighting loads up to 16A, including fluorescents and LEDs. 

The configuration includes a two-way switch for controlling lighting circuits from multiple locations, a bell press switch for momentary applications such as doorbells or access control systems, and an integrated fan controller for adjusting fan speed to suit user preference and comfort. 

The internal switch rockers are made from copper with silver tip contacts to ensure the best possible conductance, delivering consistent performance and long-term reliability across all functions. 

The plastic casing is made from a mix of high quality plastics including flame retardant polycarbonate to ensure strength, durability and prevention against fires and nylon to allow for flexibility, which ensures the modules can easily be inserted or removed from the fixing frames. 

Once the modules are inserted in the fixing frame they can only be removed with a small flat screw driver, but due to the flexible properties of nylon, the clipping mechanism can easily be pushed in to allow for removal of the modules. 

The fixing frame is manufactured from high quality powder coated iron to ensure strength and durability, with flame retardant material incorporated to enhance safety in the installation. The frame is designed to suit standard 100mm x 50mm wall boxes, allowing for simple installation and retrofit applications. It is supplied with self-tapper screws to assist installation. 

The cover plate is manufactured using ultra-sonic welding technology to offer a strong and durable finish, with the option for dual colour combinations. The ribbed clipping connection allows the cover plate to adapt to varying installation depths, ensuring it sits flush against the wall surface whether the fixing frame is recessed or slightly proud.
